Important Information Before Booking a Service

Reading the following information and booking an appointment is considered as accepting the terms and conditions.
WE WELCOME YOU TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT
RESERVING AN APPOINTMENT REQUIRES A DEPOSIT PAYMENT
The deposit amount is divided into three levels:
Service up to £30 – £10 deposit
Service £30–£60 – £20 deposit
Service over £60 – £30 deposit
TRANSFER DETAILS:
We will send the payment details privately after you have scheduled your appointment. The deposit can also be paid in cash at the salon.
The payment must be made within 48 hours. This serves as confirmation of your attendance. If the deposit is not paid, we may offer the appointment slot to another client interested in the same date and time, and we are not responsible for the loss of the appointment.
The deposit can be transferred from one appointment to another or deducted from the total cost.
Please ensure you plan your appointments carefully.
The deposit will be refunded if you inform us at least 48 hours before your appointment that you are unable to attend. If a refund is issued, it will be sent to the bank account from which the payment was made, or given in cash.
The client has the option to reschedule the appointment once, and the deposit will carry over to the new date (e.g., due to illness or unforeseen circumstances).
If the client does not attend the appointment, cancels less than 48 hours before the scheduled time, or is more than 15 minutes late, the deposit will be forfeited. (15 minutes is the maximum allowed for tardiness; after that, we are unable to provide the service at the proper level and are left with unused time).
